By using StyleWise ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We're two friends who built this app to help you enjoy fashion and tech together, and we want you to have a great experience!

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details safe.
• Please don't use the App for anything unlawful or prohibited.

3. User Content

• You own the photos and content you upload.
• You give us permission to use your content only to provide the App's features.
• Please don't upload anything offensive, illegal, or that infringes on others' rights.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

StyleWise offers premium subscription plans to enhance your experience:

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription Plans:
  • Plus Monthly: $4.99/month - Ad-free experience, 10 virtual try-ons per month
  • Pro Monthly: $9.99/month - Ad-free experience, 50 virtual try-ons per month
  • Pro Yearly: $99.99/year - Ad-free experience, 600 virtual try-ons per year, save 17% compared to monthly
  • Elite Monthly: $19.99/month - Ad-free experience, 150 virtual try-ons per month, priority support
• Subscription Length: Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payment Processing: All payments and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We never process or store your payment information directly.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
• Free Tier: All users have unlimited background removal and 1 free virtual try-on per month with ads.

5. Affiliate Links

• Some links in the App are affiliate links. If you make a purchase, we may earn a commission (at no extra cost to you).
• We only partner with brands that are affiliate/marketing friendly.
• We're not responsible for third-party products or services.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content (except your uploads) are owned by us or our licensors.
• Please don't copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We're not liable for any damages from your use of the App.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
